1. Who We Are

StoryFlow.Social is a platform created by Unified Technologies LLC, which also operates CommunityAuthors.com and NewFortune.AI.
Our goal is to help authors and creators maintain an active social-media presence through AI-assisted automation, while keeping your personal information secure and under your control.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate safely and effectively.

2.1 Account Information

Name and email address
Login credentials (securely stored and encrypted)
Subscription and billing details

2.2 OAuth Connections

When you link social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.), we receive:

Basic profile or page information
Access tokens that let StoryFlow perform authorized actions (e.g., publish posts)
Identifiers required to post or retrieve analytics

You can disconnect at any time. Tokens are immediately invalidated when you disconnect or delete your StoryFlow account.

2.3 Usage and Technical Data

IP address, device type, and browser info
Pages or features used, timestamps, and log data for security and performance

2.4 AI-Generated Content and Media

When you use StoryFlow’s automation tools, any text, images, or videos you submit or that are generated for you may be processed by large-language or generative-media models.
Generated content may be stored temporarily to let you preview, flag, or delete it within the 12-hour review period before publication.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

Authenticate accounts and manage OAuth connections
Generate, schedule, and post content you authorize
Operate and improve the platform
Provide billing, support, and security notifications
Analyze usage trends (anonymized) to enhance reliability

We never sell or rent your personal data.

4. Sharing Information

We share limited data only with:

Payment Processors (for secure billing)
Cloud Hosting Providers (for data storage)
Third-party APIs (Facebook, Meta, Google, OpenAI, etc.) strictly to carry out the actions you’ve approved

All partners follow confidentiality and data-protection agreements.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are used for:

Login sessions and security
Analytics and site performance
Remembering preferences

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working properly.

6. Data Retention

Account data → kept until you delete your account
Payment data → retained as required for tax and accounting laws
OAuth tokens → deleted when you disconnect an account
Generated content → retained only as long as needed for the 12-hour review period or active queue

7. Your Rights

You can:

Access or correct your information
Request deletion of your data or account
Withdraw consent for social-platform connections
Request a portable copy of your data
File a complaint with your local data authority

8. Security

We use encryption, secure servers, and regular audits to protect data.
OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored only as long as necessary.
While no system is 100 percent secure, we take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

9. AI and Automated Posting

StoryFlow.Social uses AI to help you create text, images, and video.
You remain the owner of all generated material but are responsible for reviewing it before publication.

Every generated post enters a 12-hour review period.
If you do not delete or flag the post during that time, it will auto-publish to your connected account.
By allowing the review period to expire, you accept full responsibility for the post’s content and visibility.

Unified Technologies LLC is not responsible for any harm, liability, or disputes resulting from AI-generated or auto-published content.
To meet transparency or legal requirements, StoryFlow may include a small disclosure tag (e.g., “Created with StoryFlow.Social”) on AI-generated posts.

10. Third-Party Platform Policies

StoryFlow connects through APIs provided by external platforms.
Those platforms control their own data and may change or suspend API access at any time.
Your interactions with them are also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

11. Children’s Privacy

StoryFlow.Social is for users 18 and older.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If you believe a minor has used the service, email us for immediate removal.

12. International Data Transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country, including in the United States.
By using StoryFlow.Social, you consent to data transfer and processing consistent with this policy.

13. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy as laws or features change.
The effective date above shows the latest version.
If updates are significant, we’ll notify you by email or on-site notice.

15. User Data Deletion Instructions (Facebook Login / Meta)

If you used Facebook Login (or connected Facebook/Instagram through Meta) with StoryFlow.Social and want to delete your data, follow the steps below.

A) Remove StoryFlow.Social from Facebook (revokes access)

Log in to Facebook.
Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
Find “StoryFlow.Social” in the list of active apps.
Click Remove to revoke StoryFlow.Social’s access to your Facebook data (and, where applicable, connected Pages and Instagram accounts).

Note: Removing the app from Facebook stops future access, but it may not automatically delete data already stored in your StoryFlow.Social account. To delete stored data, complete the request in Section B below.

B) Request deletion of data stored by StoryFlow.Social

To request deletion of personal data stored by StoryFlow.Social, email us at:

Please send the email from the same email address used for your StoryFlow.Social account, and include:

Subject line: Data Deletion Request
Your StoryFlow.Social account email
(Optional but helpful) your StoryFlow username or any connected Page/Instagram handle(s)

What we delete (or anonymize)

When we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your StoryFlow.Social account and Meta connection, which may include:

Account profile information (name/email)
Connected social account identifiers needed to operate the integration (e.g., Page/IG account IDs)
Stored OAuth tokens/credentials (including encrypted tokens)
Scheduled/queued posts and generated drafts associated with your account (where applicable)

Timeline and confirmation

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will email you when the request is completed (or if we need more information to verify ownership).

Retention exceptions

We may retain limited information where required or permitted for legal, tax/accounting, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution purposes (for example, payment records and certain security logs). Any retained data will be minimized and protected.
