What StoryFlow Handles

1

Your Business Knowledge

Services, FAQs, projects, reviews, offers, photos, updates, and the things that make your company different.

2

StoryFlow

Develops captions and visuals together, organizes content variety, incorporates new material, and learns from your feedback.

3

Your Ongoing Social Presence

Approved content prepared for scheduling and publishing to Facebook and Instagram.

You provide what matters. StoryFlow handles the recurring content work.

The recurring problem

Social media is simple in theory.

In practice, it creates a recurring workload.

Someone has to come up with ideas, write captions, create visuals, make sure the information is right, keep the content varied, review it, schedule it — and then start all over again.

  • What should we post?
  • Who is going to write it?
  • Where do we get an image?
  • Is this accurate?
  • Has anything been posted this week?
  • Who is going to keep doing this next month?

That is why business social accounts so often become inconsistent. A few posts go out. Then things get busy. Weeks pass.

The business is still operating, serving customers and doing good work — but its social presence stops reflecting that.

Most social-media tools do not actually remove this burden.

They may help you schedule a post. They may help you write a post. But someone still has to decide what to create and keep the entire process moving.

StoryFlow is designed to take that recurring burden off the business.

What StoryFlow does

Your business provides the story. StoryFlow keeps it moving.

StoryFlow learns about your business — your services, customers, priorities, common questions, offers, existing materials, and the things that make your company different.

Then StoryFlow turns that knowledge into useful social content.

StoryFlow creates the caption and visual together, rather than leaving you to assemble the pieces yourself.

You can review the content when appropriate, request changes, and provide new material whenever something is worth sharing.

StoryFlow handles the organization behind the scenes. Once approved under your chosen workflow, content is prepared for scheduling and publishing to your social channels.

Your business can become content about:

  • Questions customers actually ask
  • Useful tips related to your services
  • Explanations of what your company does
  • Service and seasonal reminders
  • Customer-approved reviews or testimonials
  • Company and team updates
  • Offers and promotions
  • Real projects, photos, and business updates
  • Evergreen content that keeps you visible

Onboarding is easy.

Give StoryFlow your links. We do the rest.

Share your website and existing social profiles. StoryFlow reviews what is already there, builds an initial understanding of your business, and then asks you only for the details we still need.

You shouldn’t have to run a content operation just to keep your business visible.

The value

Stay visible. Stay useful. Stay focused on the business.

01

Stay visible.

Your business keeps showing signs of life, expertise, and activity instead of allowing its social presence to go quiet when things get busy.

02

Stay useful.

StoryFlow creates more than repetitive advertisements. Content can educate, explain, answer questions, demonstrate expertise, and keep customers familiar with what your business does.

03

Stay focused on the business.

You and your staff should not have to become social-media managers just to keep your company consistently present.

The customer experience

Less managing. More approving.

StoryFlow prepares the content, you review when something needs your attention, and StoryFlow keeps the process moving.

New photo, offer, project, or update? Just send it. StoryFlow figures out where it fits.

What makes StoryFlow different

Built around the business, not around a blank prompt.

StoryFlow is not just another scheduling tool, and it is not a generic AI prompt that produces a month of interchangeable posts.

Not just a scheduler

Scheduling tools can publish content after someone has already decided what to create, written it, found an image, reviewed it, and kept the calendar moving.

Not generic AI content

StoryFlow is not designed to generate thirty disconnected posts from a single prompt and hand the resulting pile back to you to manage.

StoryFlow starts with what is actually true about your company.

  • Your services and expertise
  • Your customers and their common questions
  • Your offers and priorities
  • Your existing website and business materials
  • Your photos, projects, reviews, and updates
  • Your corrections, preferences, and feedback

StoryFlow keeps track of the material and preferences that matter and uses what it learns to improve future content.

Something new happens? Just tell StoryFlow.

When you provide a new photo, offer, completed project, business update, or even a short note, you should not have to figure out how it fits into a content calendar.

StoryFlow does the work of determining how that information can become useful social content.

You provide the business knowledge. StoryFlow turns it into an ongoing presence.

Example StoryFlow Business Content

One business can generate many useful stories.

A healthy social presence does not have to mean repeating the same advertisement thirty times. Whatever the industry, StoryFlow builds variety around the real work, knowledge, services, customers, and activity already inside the business.

Illustrative campaign examples:
Pegasus HVAC & Plumbing is shown here as one real-world service-business example. StoryFlow is designed to adapt to many types of businesses by learning their services, customers, expertise, offers, existing materials, and ongoing activity.

Promote a service

Turn an ongoing service into useful content.

Preventive maintenance becomes more than an advertisement. The post explains the business value — fewer breakdowns, better performance, longer equipment life, and lower operating costs — while keeping the company and its services visible.

Speak to a specific customer

Turn expertise into audience-specific content.

The same business can speak directly to general contractors, property owners, and commercial clients by turning its real capabilities into content built around the problems that particular audience cares about.

Educate and demonstrate expertise

Answer questions customers may not know to ask.

Educational content can explain problems, demonstrate expertise, and give customers a reason to keep paying attention even when they are not immediately ready to buy.

StoryFlow for Business

A consistent social presence, handled for you.

StoryFlow keeps your business active, useful, and visible without requiring you or your staff to manage the recurring content process.

$295per month

Included each month

  • 30 social-media content units
  • Business-specific content development
  • Visual and caption creation

  • Customer review and approval
  • Up to two reasonable revision rounds per monthly batch
  • Preparation for Facebook and Instagram publishing

What is a content unit?

One content unit is one professionally prepared social-media visual together with its accompanying caption.

When the same image and caption are prepared for both Facebook and Instagram, that is still one content unit — not two.

Corrections are not revisions.
If StoryFlow gets a factual detail wrong or makes an error, fixing it does not use one of your revision rounds.

You stay in control.

StoryFlow does the recurring work, but nothing requires you to give up oversight. You can review content, provide corrections, introduce new material, and guide priorities as your business changes.

Let StoryFlow tell your business’s story.

Who StoryFlow is for

Built for businesses that want consistency without running a content department.

StoryFlow is a strong fit when social media matters to the business, but managing it internally keeps getting pushed behind more important work.

StoryFlow may be a good fit if:

  • You run an established business that benefits from staying visible and useful to customers.
  • You know your company should stay active on social media.
  • You have useful expertise, services, projects, reviews, photos, or updates worth sharing.
  • You do not want the owner, manager, or office staff constantly deciding what to post.
  • You want content that reflects the real business rather than generic filler.
  • You want to review important details without managing the entire process.

StoryFlow may not be the right fit if:

  • You want to personally write and manage every social post.
  • You primarily need high-volume paid advertising campaign management.
  • You expect every post to be a direct sales promotion.
  • You want completely hands-off publishing without providing accurate business information when needed.
  • You are looking only for the lowest-cost way to generate generic AI posts.

StoryFlow works best when there is a real business story to tell — and the business wants someone else to help keep telling it.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about StoryFlow for Business

StoryFlow is designed to make maintaining a useful social presence simpler, not give your business another system to manage.

What do I need to provide StoryFlow?

Start with your website and existing social-media links. StoryFlow reviews what is already available and builds an initial understanding of your business. We then ask for any important details we couldn’t learn from those sources, such as current priorities, special offers, preferences, or topics to avoid. You can also send photos, projects, reviews, offers, and updates whenever you have something new to share.

What is included in the $295 monthly service?

The service includes 30 social-media content units per month, business-specific content development, visual and caption creation, content organization and variety, customer review and approval, up to two reasonable revision rounds per monthly batch, use of customer-supplied material, and preparation for Facebook and Instagram publishing.

What counts as one content unit?

One content unit is one professionally prepared visual together with its accompanying caption. If the same visual and caption are prepared for both Facebook and Instagram, that still counts as one content unit — not two.

Can I review the content before it is used?

Yes. Customer review and approval are part of the StoryFlow process. You can provide corrections, request reasonable changes, and supply new information as the business changes.

What happens if StoryFlow gets something factually wrong?

Factual corrections and StoryFlow errors do not count against your included revision rounds. They are corrections, not revisions.

Can I send StoryFlow my own photos or business updates?

Absolutely. A new project photo, completed job, offer, testimonial, team update, service change, or even a short note can become useful source material. StoryFlow handles turning that information into appropriate social content.

Will every post be an advertisement?

No. A useful social presence needs variety. StoryFlow can develop educational content, tips, explanations, customer questions, project highlights, reviews, company updates, seasonal reminders, evergreen material, and offers when appropriate.

Which social platforms does StoryFlow support for this service?

StoryFlow for Business is currently built around Facebook and Instagram, with content prepared for each platform as appropriate.
