5. Connecting Social Media Accounts
StoryFlow uses OAuth connections to link to your social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
When you connect an account, you give StoryFlow permission to:
- Read basic profile and page info.
- Create and schedule posts you approve (or automate, if you choose).
- Access insights or analytics from those platforms.
You can revoke these permissions anytime by disconnecting your account in StoryFlow or through the respective social platform’s settings.
6. AI-Generated and Automated Content
StoryFlow uses large language models (LLMs) to generate post ideas, captions, and other creative assets.
While we aim for quality, AI output can occasionally include errors, omissions, or unintended wording.
By using StoryFlow:
- You retain ownership of all generated content created under your account.
- You’re responsible for reviewing posts before publication (unless you enable “automatic posting”).
- Unified Technologies LLC is not liable for reputational, legal, or financial consequences from automated or AI-generated content.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms,

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in Florida.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as StoryFlow evolves.
If changes are significant, we’ll notify you by email or site notice before they take effect.
Your continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
14. StoryFlow Partner, Referral, and Approved Acquisition Programs
StoryFlow may offer partner, referral, affiliate, community, or customer acquisition programs that allow approved individuals or organizations to share StoryFlow with potential customers.
Participation in any StoryFlow partner, referral, or acquisition program is subject to these Terms, any program-specific terms provided by StoryFlow, and all applicable laws, platform rules, and advertising disclosure requirements.
14.1 Community Partner Program
StoryFlow may provide approved partners, organizers, coaches, community leaders, creators, or other referrers with a unique referral link, coupon code, tracking code, or other attribution method.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, community partners may receive a commission of $5 USD per month for each active, paying StoryFlow subscriber who signs up through the partner’s assigned referral method.
Commissions apply only to active, paying subscriptions. If a subscriber cancels, receives a refund, disputes a charge, fails payment, or is determined to be fraudulent or ineligible, commissions for that subscriber may be withheld, adjusted, revoked, or stopped.
Participation in the Community Partner Program does not require an active StoryFlow subscription.
14.2 Approved Customer Acquisition Campaigns
StoryFlow may, at its discretion, approve separate customer acquisition campaigns with freelancers, contractors, agencies, affiliates, or other third parties.
These campaigns may use payment structures that differ from the Community Partner Program, including fixed-price milestones, performance-based milestones, one-time acquisition payments, retention-based payments, bounty-style payments, or other written compensation terms approved by StoryFlow.
Any customer acquisition campaign must be approved by StoryFlow in writing before it begins. The amount, timing, qualification rules, review period, payment platform, maximum number of eligible customers, and any other campaign-specific requirements will be governed by the written terms of that specific campaign.
StoryFlow is not obligated to pay any acquisition fee, milestone, bonus, commission, or other compensation unless the referred customer meets the specific written qualification requirements for that campaign.
Unless expressly stated in writing, customer acquisition campaign payments are separate from, not cumulative with, and not interchangeable with Community Partner Program commissions.
14.3 Qualified Referrals and Attribution
A referral, subscriber, or customer will be considered qualified only if StoryFlow can reasonably verify that the customer:
- is a real person or legitimate business;
- is new to StoryFlow;
- signed up through an approved referral link, coupon code, tracking method, or other attribution method;
- used their own valid payment method;
- completed any applicable trial period;
- made a successful paid subscription payment; and
- did not cancel, refund, dispute, charge back, or fail payment during any applicable review period.
StoryFlow may use referral links, coupon codes, UTM parameters, account metadata, checkout metadata, cookies, or other tracking methods to determine attribution.
StoryFlow’s attribution records will be used to determine whether a referral qualifies for payment. StoryFlow may reject or decline attribution where tracking is incomplete, disputed, manipulated, duplicated, or inconsistent with program rules.
14.4 Disclosure Requirements
Partners, affiliates, freelancers, contractors, and other participants must clearly disclose any material connection to StoryFlow when promoting StoryFlow, including any commission, referral credit, discount, payment, milestone, free access, or other benefit they may receive.
Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, easy to understand, and placed where potential customers are likely to see them before acting on the recommendation.
Examples of acceptable disclosure language include:
“I may receive a referral credit if you subscribe through my link.”
“I may be compensated if you join StoryFlow through this link.”
“Paid referral link.”
Participants may not hide disclosures in profile pages, comment sections, vague hashtags, buried links, or places where ordinary viewers are unlikely to notice them.
14.5 Acceptable Promotion
Participants must promote StoryFlow honestly, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws and platform rules.
Participants may not:
- make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about StoryFlow;
- misrepresent StoryFlow’s pricing, features, trial terms, cancellation policy, or results;
- impersonate StoryFlow, Unified Technologies LLC, or StoryFlow staff;
- claim to be an employee, agent, representative, or official spokesperson of StoryFlow unless authorized in writing;
- use spam, mass unsolicited messages, fake accounts, bots, deceptive automation, or misleading outreach;
- post in groups, forums, communities, marketplaces, or platforms where promotional content is not allowed;
- use Goodreads, Amazon, Facebook groups, social platforms, email, or other channels in a way that violates those platforms’ rules;
- send commercial email that violates applicable email marketing laws;
- use paid advertising, search ads, retargeting, or StoryFlow-branded campaigns without written approval;
- bid on StoryFlow trademarks, brand terms, domain names, or confusingly similar terms without written approval;
- offer unauthorized discounts, bonuses, rebates, cash incentives, or compensation to customers for signing up;
- create fake signups, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or low-intent accounts solely to generate compensation;
- purchase fake traffic, fake followers, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fake engagement;
- use misleading reviews, testimonials, endorsements, or claims of personal experience they do not actually have;
- scrape, harvest, or misuse personal data in violation of applicable laws or platform rules.
14.6 No Incentivized or Fraudulent Signups
Unless StoryFlow gives written approval, participants may not pay, reward, reimburse, or otherwise incentivize users to create StoryFlow accounts, start trials, or subscribe.
StoryFlow may withhold, reverse, or revoke payments for referrals or customers that appear to be fraudulent, artificially induced, duplicate, self-referred, non-genuine, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the program.
14.7 Payment Schedule and Method
Community Partner Program commissions are calculated monthly and are generally paid on or around the 15th day of the month following the month in which commissions were earned.
Example: commissions earned in January are generally paid on or around February 15.
Community Partner Program payments are currently issued via PayPal unless otherwise specified by StoryFlow. Participants are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Any PayPal fees, currency conversion fees, banking fees, platform fees, or tax obligations associated with receiving payments are the responsibility of the recipient.
StoryFlow may require a minimum commission balance before issuing payments. Balances below the threshold may roll over into the next payment period.
Approved customer acquisition campaigns may have separate payment schedules, platforms, milestones, or review periods, as stated in the applicable written campaign terms.
14.8 Fraud Review, Reversals, and Withholding
StoryFlow reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust, reverse, or revoke commissions, milestones, bonuses, or other payments for fraud review, billing reconciliation, chargebacks, refunds, duplicate referrals, tracking errors, suspected abuse, violation of these Terms, violation of platform rules, or other activity StoryFlow reasonably determines to be improper.
If StoryFlow has already paid compensation for a referral or customer that is later refunded, charged back, disputed, found fraudulent, or determined to be ineligible, StoryFlow may offset that amount against future payments or request repayment where appropriate.
14.9 Independent Participants
Partners, affiliates, freelancers, contractors, and referral participants are independent participants and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, franchisees, or legal representatives of StoryFlow or Unified Technologies LLC.
Participants may not bind StoryFlow to any agreement, make promises on StoryFlow’s behalf, modify StoryFlow’s terms, offer unauthorized discounts, or represent that they have authority to act for StoryFlow unless expressly authorized in writing.
14.10 Program Changes and Termination
StoryFlow may approve, reject, suspend, limit, cap, modify, or terminate any partner, referral, affiliate, or acquisition arrangement at any time.
StoryFlow may change commission rates, eligibility rules, attribution methods, payment schedules, qualification requirements, or program availability with reasonable notice when practical.
StoryFlow may immediately suspend or terminate participation without notice for fraud, abuse, spam, misleading promotion, legal risk, platform-rule violations, brand misuse, or conduct that may harm StoryFlow, its users, or Unified Technologies LLC.
14.11 Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or other legal obligations associated with commissions, milestones, bonuses, referral fees, or other compensation received through StoryFlow programs.
StoryFlow does not provide tax advice and may request tax information where required by law.
